3. Purchases & Payments

We operate under the Kleinunternehmerregelung (§ 19 UStG). Therefore, no VAT is charged or shown.

  • All book sales are final unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are listed in Euros. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.

  • Currency conversion or international transaction fees may apply when ordering from outside the EU.

  • Payments are processed securely via PayPal, Klarna, Mastercard, and Visa. You agree to provide accurate billing information.

4. Shipping & Returns & Delivery

Physical books will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary by location.

Shipping is available to Germany, the EU, and select international destinations.

Delivery times and shipping costs vary by region and are shown during checkout.

Due to the nature of physical books, returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. Contact us at hello@sasali-stories.com within 14 days of receipt.

Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred upon delivery outside the EU.

5. Website Use & Conduct

This Site is intended for parents, educators, and general audiences. Children under 13 should use it only with parental supervision.

You agree not to misuse the Site (e.g., hacking, spamming, or copying content).
